I stay here in Tokyo

If you are not Japanese and have to contact with Japanese businessmen, please keep in your mind that their saying "under consideration" means "definitely NO". They must say "Please wait. I'm considering." Their answer will not meet your deadline. That is their aim. They may say "You sent English e-mail " Is it an excuse? Yes, it's right excuse not to decide in Japan. Sometimes Japanese businessmen are allowed to skip reading English e-mails. It's Japanese business manner.

You had better say "It's big mistake not to decide". If possible, you had better pretend you are very angry.
It's good reason that they change their mind. Making western people angry is big crime. It's also Japanese business manner.

Owing to such a nuisance, I have to stay here in Tokyo. Normally I'm sitting in Naeba Fuji Rock or I'm on board to Singapore. Actually I'm neither. By this time, at Naeba crowds still feel exciting after Noel Gallagher gig.

As expected Noel Gallagher's gig in Fuji Rock Fes. were excited.--> [Fuji Rock Official(JP)]
